Grace and peace to you from God our Father through His Son by the Spirit! Grace was revealed to us at the cross where Christ paid the death we deserve for our sins! Peace is in the Gift of Eternal Life from God’s risen Son, now Lord of all! Oh, how amazing to be “Blessed in Christ!” How great our God! How wonderful our Savior, Jesus Christ! How perfect the Gift of Eternal Life by the Spirit!
HOW “BLESSED IN CHRIST”
MINISTRIES BEGAN!
Tragedy can be God’s transport to new gospel horizons of ministry. Gospel evangelist Earl Shetler, for many years, was focused on mission trips to Peru. But then Lorna, his wife of 40 years, was tragically taken in an auto accident. Through this painful trial, the Lord led Earl to new ministry horizons in the Philippines.
Why the Philippines? Dhenia is Filipina. And even in courtship prior to marriage, the Lord led Earl and Dhenia to establish “Blessed in Christ” ministries. Now married, together they are being used of the Lord in various evangelistic ministries primarily in the Oslob area, but also in Cebu and Dumaguete.
